I love these little guys, especially how they wear their shells like little overalls (overshells?). ;)
lol, I had a bit of a time figuring out how to get the shell on. I have more ideas too for the shell and will get to those later but wanted these posted so I can move on to my next project. Not enough time in the day, yikes!

Hi Esme, us terminology and at the top of every pattern you'll find the abbreviations and what they meanst = stitchsc = single crochet2tog = 2 stitches togetherch1 = chain one sl st = slip stitch f/o = finish offthe number in ()after a row are the number of stitches you should have in that row.Hope that helps!Sharon
