My latest obsession

Mario & Luigi Crocheted Sackboys
YARN, oh how I love it and can't get enough!! I taught myself to crochet via youtube tutorials in October 2010 in order to make my son a sackboy for Christmas and since then I've made countless dolls & toys for my family and friends. Pictured above is the Mario and Luigi sackboys that I made for my brother. They turned out great if I do say so myself!!

While looking for a free sackboy pattern I stumbled across the Golden Jelly Bean on youtube. This youtube find was golden indeed!! Bunches of awesome step by step tutorials to make gaming characters. Including Mario!
Check it out:

Despicable Me Minions

The crocheted Minion from Despicable Me! I used the pattern by WolfDreamer and made some adjustments of my own, like the legs, hands and faces. Once you get the main pattern the possibilities are endless:

Totoro Family

My Neighbor Totoro!! What a fantastic movie and what a great bunch of characters to make. I will post the patterns and how I made the big guy soon... for now start with this pattern by Heavens_Hellcat

Totoro Including the Soot Sprite

OK!!! That's it for today. I'll be back once I write up a couple patterns.
