    2. Thank you very much for posting this pattern. I really like it. I don't have the tiny hook and thread you used so mine will be bigger, but i can't wait to try this. I posted the picture of Tiny with the address of your site on the Crochet Crowd Facebook page. I wanted others to see what darling and clever stuff you created.

  6. Well, looks like I can comment from the iPad but still not from my laptop! I don't know what that is all about but must be on my end. I will reboot sometime this weekend and see if it makes a difference. Until then, please forgive my typos because I hate this virtual keyboard and how it always tries to autocorrect me! LOL

  9. Hello - I would love to try my hand at creating one of these adoreable elephants, but not able to do a copy/paste of the pattern. When I printed the pattern it was too dark to read, and same with converting to a pdf. Any way to download this pattern?

    1. You didn't say what system you have ... I have Windows 7 with Windows One note in it. I Hit the print button at the bottom of the pattern that says printer friendly, the new window that opened allowed me to copy it. This I pasted onto one note. Now, if all you want is to save the pattern, you can use the edit and file buttons at the top of the window. press edit, then 'select all'. Then press file and select 'save page as'.. you can save only the text by using the drop down section to select text. I hope this helped you!

Thanks for taking the time to write and of course a big congrats to Sadie on her graduation!

I should tell you, if you are a member on this blog I moved all my crochet patterns to my other blog, Amigurumi To Go. I won't be adding crochet patterns to this blog anymore so you'll need to join my other one to get pattern updates. I'll be using this blog for my dollhouse stuff among other non crochet related things so stay on this one too :)

      Thanks again!!!

    1. I'm so glad you found the pattern and will make one for your niece, keep me posted!

And you know the pattern has been moved to www.amigurumitogo.com. Look for the complete list of free patterns on the right hand side of the blog page or scroll down a bit until you see a picture that says, "miniature patterns"

      Happy Crocheting!

  14. I just made Gracie for my 14 year old granddaughter and Gracie turned out adorable...I used Luster Sheen that I had for some time with a size B hook, she turned out between 41/2 and 5 inches. I used blue for Gracie and added a pink bow and created a tiny crocheted dress. Luster Sheen is no longer produced so I'm looking for substitutes. I'm anxious to try Gracie in a size 10 thread. Thanks for the pattern!
