How I Made A Hollow Log With Foil and Clay

Hollow log,
I'm working on a new background for some upcoming projects. I needed a hollow log for an idea I have so I made one. I'm so pleased with how it turned out I made another one to show you how I did it. This video will show you how to make the log and how to paint it.

Supplies:
Paper clay
Use any paper clay recipe you want, click here for the clay recipe I use
6 foot length of foil
masking tape
scissors
glue
a bit of water
tissue paper  or newspaper or paper towel
plastic bone folder or something similar to it
craft paint: black, burnt umber, brown, beige or soft suede, golden brown, cream
